A delegation of three representatives of the Santa Monica Municipality together with the EU IUC officer for North America visited Sofia and the partner city of Varna in April 2019.
Within four days they exchanged experience in the field of mobility planning and sustainable transport, attended a SUMP seminar on the SUMPs-UPproject and enjoyed the hospitality of local and regional authorities and the CSDCS.
