The third meeting on TDPearls was organized by CSDCS in Hotel “Danube Plaza” – Ruse on 2-3.10.2017.
A round table discussion took place in Ruse on 4th of Sept. 2017 about the Transdanube.pearls project.
In the context of the EU Interreg project “Transdanube.Pearls”, an international expert team, consisting of video, mobility and tourism experts, travelled the 2.860 km long route along the Danube by using only sustainable means of transport, such as busses, trains, ships and bikes.

With more than 10 stops in 11 days, the first part of the journey was successfully completed in Budapest.
15 organisations from 9 European countries along the Danube encourage the development of a Network of Destinations (“Pearls”) to offer their visitors and inhabitants the possibility to travel and explore the Danube region with sustainable means of transport.
