The MLW1 took place in Ruse on 7th of December 2017. It was organized in the Conference room of the Danube Рlaza hotel.
There were participants from 4 municipalities (Ruse, Svishtov, Silistra and Tutrakan, representatives of the existing cultural institutions and tourism units, academia and businesses. The Project Manager Prof. Lucia Ilieva presented the project, the concept of “pearls” and the benefits for the Danube pearls. The participants discussed the ideas of sustainable tourism mobility, SRTMP, mobility and tourism info-centers and their equipment. They all expressed their interest and support for the project activities.
