The implementation of the “CIVITAS ECCENTRIC” project was presented during a public discussion on the amendment of the Integrated Plan for City Rehabilitation and Development of Ruse, held on 31 May 2019.
An additional fourth seminar was held on 21-22 May 2019 in the conference hall of the Tutrakan Historical Museum. The event was part of the events taking place within the European Green Week and received promotional material from Brussels.
The final conference on the project was held on 13 May in the tourist town of Neusiedl am See near Vienna. On the Bulgarian side, apart from CSDCS, ADO "Dunav" and representatives of municipalities Ruse and Silistra attended.

The second Conference of the project was held in the framework of the Youth Transport Forum 2019 in Sofia in the FNTS Hall on May 9, 2019.
The last PROSPERITY seminar was held on April 17, 2019, jointly with the SUMPs-UP project. It was organized in the Conference Hall of the Municipality of Varna with the participation of representatives of municipalities from northeastern Bulgaria, TCC-Dobrich, NGOs and guests from the municipal administration of Santa Monica, California.
