Within the framework of the winning project under the IUC Programme of the EC, the Chairperson of CSDCS Prof. L. Ilieva together with the Chief Architect of Varna Mr. V. Buzev and the Director of the municipal company “Parkings and Blue Zone” Mr. M Ivanov visited the partner city from USA Santa Monica and exchanged experience in the field of urban mobility planning and sustainable transport.
The Transdanube.Pearls project prepares and is to be published a brochure showing the results achieved by the partners.
CSDCS was the only Bulgarian NGO invited to participate as a delegate to the 10th Annual Assembly of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF).
The Cities in Transition 2018 conference was held in Sitges, Spain (25-27 November) and gathered over 200 specialists from around the world who discussed urban planning for a healthy and safe living environment.
The seminar was organized on 16 November in the premises of the regional Administration Varna under the invitation of the Varna District Governor Mr. St. Passev. The Varna regional Administration has an Agreement with CSDCS for cooperation in the field of sustainable urban development and mobility planning.
The international training on SUMP in the frames of PROSPERITY project took place in Varna on 12-16 November 2018. It was organized by CSDCS and varna Municipality.
